Investment Management
COMBINOR is an investment company with a base of long term holdings in publicly listed companies, alongside a few positions in privately held ones. We look for investments in companies world wide, however currently hold positions mainly in companies traded in the US and Northern European markets. In addition some derivative trading is also a part of our investment business, for the purpose of strategic investments and to generate additional portfolio income over the long term.
Our Business
Publicly Traded Companies
The vast part of our investments is deployed in publicly traded companies in the US and some northern European markets.
Privately Held Companies
Some part of our portfolio consists of OTC traded companies and privately held companies resident in Norway.
Derivative Trading
We use options as a strategic investment and to generate additional portfolio income. Nobo was founded for the purpose of writing financial contracts in the derivative markets.
Investment Management
Our overall purpose is to manage our investments to be prepared for disruptive innovations converging in multiple industries, and to take advantage of opportunities ahead caused by innovation platforms evolving at a much faster rate than ever seen.
Business Consultancy
In cooperation with our parent company Nordia, we deliver business consultancy within the financial area.
Document Management
Document management is provided exclusively by our sister company Dokumentservice AS.
